Despite only just being finished, a multi-million pound Tenby development of luxury apartments has already sold out.

Indeed, developers Waterstone Homes, part of the Jehu Group of Companies, have reported record-breaking sales for the site which has panoramic views over the town’s South Beach and golf course.

Completed with the help of a seven-figure funding package from Wales’ Principality Building Society, the development at 51 Degree Latitude features 14 two and three-bedroom apartments.

They were priced between £360,000 and £600,000, but all have been reserved since last Christmas.

The development in Battery Road has been constructed on land which has been occupied by a building since the early 19th century.

It was originally built as the Tenby rectory, and latterly had been the Kinloch Court Hotel. This was renovated and restored and incorporated into the design of the luxury development.

Ground-breaking virtual reality viewings helped achieve the off-plan sales for the apartments, which have now been completed.

Andrea Gardner, sales and marketing director at Waterstone Homes, said: “After months of hard work, and sensitive planning considerations, it’s a proud moment for the Waterstone Homes team to unveil our completed Tenby apartments and to see our ambitious plans come to fruition.

“Despite having a higher asking price than the majority of other new apartments available in the region, our sales success in Tenby goes to show that the high-quality design and prime locations that we strive to achieve for all our developments is of huge importance to customers in today’s market. As well as the key role that knowing our target market has played in our success, the strong sales figures are also testament to the fantastic team that has been working hard behind the scenes on the scheme.”
