This year’s annual Pembrokeshire County Run charity motoring event which takes place next month will be dedicated to the 60th anniversary of the legandary Mini from 1959 to the present day.

The event founded and organised by motoring enthusiasts Jeff and Sian Edwards, and sponsored by the Western Telegraph will be staged on Sunday, September 1 to promote our beautiful county of Pembrokeshire and support the Paul Sartori Foundation charity.

Both starting and finishing at the Pembrokeshire County Showground it is an 85 mile motoring tour along the A487, A478 and the A40 following the stunning North Pembrokeshire coastline and the rolling countryside of mid Pembrokeshire.

The tour also includes a ‘drive thru’ of both Cardigan and Narberth with a Halfway Stop at the Dyfed Shire Horse Farm.

This event is open to all types of motor vehicles /motorbikes and this year it is dedicated to the 60th Anniversary of the legandary Mini from 1959 to the present day, with all the Mini’s leading the Grand Parade.

Entry to this event is free with entries being accepted up to and on the day.

Entries are required to arrive via Gate 3 of the Pembrokeshire County Showground anytime between 8.30 and 10 am ready for the start at 10.30 am.

Once parked, please report to Sian at the Western Telegraph Control to register and collect all paperwork etc.
