Police are investigating after a car made off without paying for fuel at Llanteg Filling Station.
The incident occurred at 1.35 pm on January 13 and involved a black car, possibly an old style Kia hatchback.
The driver was described as a slim built male who was wearing a black waist-length jacket fully fastened with light coloured hood worn up, dark blue jeans and light footwear.
He filled up with £51.38 worth of fuel and left the location at speed without making any attempt to pay.
The vehicle was not displaying a front registration plate and had a white rear plate, possibly an Irish plate.
It had been travelling west bound on the A477 before stopping at the filling station and upon leaving turned right heading eastbound. It is believed the vehicle turned off at Red Roses, although direction at this time unknown.
Anyone who might have seen a vehicle similar to this description, with no front plate and a rear white, possibly Irish plate displayed, being driven in the area of Llanteg, Red Roses, Whitland, or with any information, is asked to contact PC378 Lynsey Williams at Tenby Police Station on 101.
