Two vehicles were involved in a collision near Brynconin School, Llandissilio, shortly before 8.45 pm on Saturday.
One male casualty was treated by paramedics before being conveyed to hospital by ambulance.
Firefighters from Narberth attended the crash and were involved in making the area and roadway safe.
