Pembrokeshire Housing would like to invite local tenants to their Big Lunch event. The Big Lunch is taking place from 2 - 3.30 pm on Sunday, June 1, at the Kilgetty Community Centre. Free parking is available at the venue. This annual event is held on the first Sunday in June. Over 3.65 million people attended a Big Lunch event last year, 60 per cent said it helped them feel less isolated, 84 per cent met new people and 90 per cent said it brought different generations together. It's a great way of getting neighbours together for a fun meal and chat. All attendees should bring a dish - it needn't be anything spectacular; a bowl full of crisps, a pasta salad, a Swiss roll or a bottle of juice should do it! If you're feeling crafty and would like to make decorations or recycled bunting, get in touch and let us know.
