Planning
Erection of a dwelling on land to the east of Kilvelgy Farm, Kilgetty. Council discussed this application at length. Some concerns were expressed about access to what appeared to be a very small plot for a dwelling. Car parking may well be an issue, too, but council was not able to reach a decision on this application, due to insufficient supporting information being provided by PCC.

County Clr. David Pugh's Report

Aim was to encourage more visitors to the areas involved. Amongst those involved were Saundersfoot, Amroth and Kilgetty.
Councillors also mentioned the poor condition of the play area at the rear of Begelly Stores, Begelly. The surface was now full of mole hills and only two sets of play equipment remained in a play area often found popular with visitors to Stone Pitt.
Clr Pugh confirmed that PCC would continue to maintain the land, but due to a policy decision made some time ago, they would not provide any new play equipment for play areas. Provision of new play equipment was a matter for the relevant community council.
