Training alone is hard and anti-social, but it’s also terribly British. We tend to suffer alone! Training in a group makes it harder to cheat, to knock off earlier, or to fail to show up in the first place. Whether it’s the collective riding to the beat of an amped-up class, or small group training sessions, harness the enthusiasm of others to get us through the inevitable February fitness slump.
