World War I soldier William Bowen Stephens was the subject of the Friends' November talk.
Sandra Rowlands told of her research which commenced with just a name on the Llanddewi Velfrey War Memorial.
Narberth Museum has several artefacts relating to this soldier, including letters from the front and his 1917 diary.
This talk provided a very interesting and poignant evening.
To bring the year to a close, the Friends will be holding a Paperback Breakfast on Saturday, December 7. A chance to enjoy coffee, croissants, good conversation and swap your latest paperback. All welcome.
