Tenby town councillors will be holding their first ‘remote meeting’ since lockdown started, online via zoom on Tuesday.
The last time members of the town council got together at the Mayor’s Parlour to discuss matters was over three months agao on March 3.
Among items due to be discussed at the ‘zoom’ meeting which will take place at 7.30 pm are the following:
Planning Applications: NP/20/0267/FUL - Conversion of 2nd floor and attic to self-contained residential unit, addition of dormer windows, rear balcony and French doors, creation of new separate access, reroofing and various internal and external alterations - 10 High Street, Tenby.
To receive the accounts for February, March, April and May; To approve the End of Year Accounts for 2019/20; To receive the Internal Auditor’s report on End of Year Accounts 2019 – 2020; To approve the accounting statements and Annual Governance Statement for submission to External Audit for End of Year Accounts 2019 – 2020.
To consider continued support for vulnerable people in the community as lockdown eases
To consider the position of Tenby Market traders.
To consider ways in which the town council can support the local business community as lockdown eases.
Report on activities undertaken during ‘lockdown’ and decisions taken under delegated authority.
Timing of the Annual General Meeting.
This meeting will be held remotely via Zoom and members of the public wishing to access the meeting to listen (but not speak) are asked to contact the Town Clerk for access details.
