The bravery of 43-year-old Tenby Coastguard, Gwilym Davies in descending a dangerous cliff at Waterwynch Bay near Tenby to rescue four teenagers, one a girl, had been praised by members of Tenby lifeboat crew who watched the rescue drama from the sea.
