The February meeting of Hundleton WI was held at Gilead School Room. Guest speaker for the evening was a Hundleton WI member Carolyn Monk, who spoke about the Chinese New Year.

Carolyn lived in Hong Kong for three years 1986-1989, and explained to members the New Year traditions. A vote of thanks was given by Margaret Davies.

The winners of the monthly competition ‘A Chinese Lantern’ were: 1st Jayne Smith; 2nd Jan Whitehead; 3rd Sheila Evans.

Hundleton WI members held their Annual Dinner at The Coach House, Pembroke on Friday, January 27.

The winner of the Rosebowl Competitions Cup was Jayne Smith and the trophy was presented to Jayne by the President Margaret Luff.

The next meeting will be held at 7pm on Tuesday March 7. There will be a talk on Frame and Pembrokeshire Refill.
