SPAN Arts is proud to present a new exhibition by Pembrokeshire artist Ella Starling, exploring motherhood, memory and identity through deeply personal and powerful work.
At the heart of the exhibition is a striking duality — the strength, warmth and fierce love of the present self, held alongside the vulnerability of past experiences. One piece, set in a dark cave, captures how birth can be both life-giving and deeply challenging. Joy and trauma can exist side by side.
This exhibition offers an honest and moving reflection on motherhood.
The exhibition (April 15-April 22) launches at SPAN Arts, Narberth (SA67 7AG) on Wednesday, April 15 April, 4-7pm, with a free Meet the Artist workshop on April 22, 10am-12.30pm.
