Last Wednesday, September 13, over 30 club members enjoyed a talk by Sam Skyrme-Blackall about her position as a Councillor of Pembroke County Council.
The trials and tribulations seem to be tremendous, but the joy of doing a great job was also put across by Sam to all the members. The talk ended with a refreshments and a lot of members having a chat with Sam.
A big thank you was given to her not just for her talk, and work, but for the cleaning, etc. around Tenby. “Thank you, Sam.”
Today, Wednesday, September 20 the speaker is Vicky Tomlinson to talk about Caldey Island, 2pm in Augustus Place Hall. The club welcomes new members, especially menfolk.
