On Thursday, January 30, Retreats Group Limited arranged for Twr Y Felin Hotel’s Head chef Sam Owen (see pic below) to give our Year 10 GCSE Hospitality and Catering students a unique opportunity to see a top-class chef in action.

Sam, a passionate supporter of homegrown produce and foraging, gave a full cooking demonstration to our spellbound students, and his easy manner, passion and enthusiasm made him an enormous hit.

Retreats Group are actively supporting our school in the education and training of young chefs, and we would like to extend to them our most profound thanks.
