Putting their feet up before the final 30-mile leg of the ‘November Challenge’ are Matthew Evans (seen centre back) and friends, who were given a pre-run once-over by osteopath John Rothery. Brainchild of Matthew (alias Captain Cymru), Saturday brought the curtain down on the unique event, which saw almost 330 adults and some 400 children take up the challenge to get active during the month... and at the same time raise money for a worthy cause.
