A fundraising family night out at Cresswell Quay hosted on Friday by Narberth and Whitland Rotary Club, featured one of the largest ‘duck races’ the locality has seen!

Thanks goes to the Cresselly Arms; Andrew Rees Butchers; Jack and Jane Castle; and everyone who bought one of the 1200 ducks sold and came along.

Narberth and Whitland Rotary resident Phil Thompson MBE (pictured with fellow Rotarian John Hughes) said: “An amazing team effort by all concerned and dealing with such a huge crowd. Never seen it like that before, as many people said, a terrific night and looks like there’s a good deal of money raised for local community good causes.”
