AN uninsured driver has been in court after failing to report an accident that caused damage to property in Clunderwen.

Dean Duffy, of Maesbryn, Llandissilio, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on March 31.

The 31-year-old pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Puma on the A478 at Clunderwen on March 4, 2026 while disqualified from holding or obtaining a licence, and while there was no valid third party insurance in place.

An accident occurred, causing damage to a hedge adjacent to the road, but Duffy admitted that he had failed to stop after the accident to give details, and had also failed to report it at a police station within 24 hours.

Sentencing will take place at Haverfordwest on April 21.
