A TENBY man has been sentenced for having two knives with him at Withybush Hospital, Haverfordwest.

Sion Williams, resident at The Croft, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court’ on Monday, June 8 for sentencing, having been found guilty on May 18.

On December 13, 2025 the 50-year-old had a hunting knife and a lock knife with him at Withybush General Hospital.

Williams was served with a year-long Community Order requiring him to comply with any instructions of the responsible officer to attend appointments or to participate in any activity up to a maximum of 15 days, and to work unpaid for a total of 75 hours. A Forfeiture and destruction was ordered for the lock knife.

Court costs were £650, with a surcharge of £114.
