A TENBY man has pleaded guilty to drug driving and has received a year-long driving ban.
Jason Cale, of Upper Hill Park, appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, January 20.
On September 19, 2025, the 40-year-old drove a Hyundai i20 on the road near his home in the Pembrokeshire seaside town, when the proportion in his blood of Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, a controlled drug, exceeded the specified limit.
The offence carries an obligatory disqualification. The 12-month period was set while taking the guilty plea into account. Cale was also fined £120 and pays costs of £85 to the Crown Prosecution Service plus a £48 surcharge to fund victim services.
A collection order requires payment in full by February 7.
