A PEMBROKE woman has been fined for failing to attend an initial Class A drug assessment.
Rebecca Thomas, Cromwell Court, Pembroke, entered a guilty plea when she appeared before Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on March 16, 2026.
On September 27, 2025 at Haverfordwest Custody, a sample having been taken from her under section 63B of the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 and analysis of that sample revealed that cocaine, may be present in her body, the 32-year-old failed to attend an initial assessment on November 20 to establish whether she was dependant upon or had a propensity to misuse a Class A drug.
Thomas was fined £80, plus £85 for Crown Prosecution Service costs and a £32 surcharge.
