A PEMBROKE man, aged 71, has been remanded on conditional bail after pleading guilty to sexual assault on a female at Lamphey.

The case of Keith Sillence, of Lowless Close, came before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on November 4 for sentencing following a plea change to guilty on October 9.

On November 23, 2024, the defendant intentionally touched a woman aged 16 or over in a sexual way when she did not consent and he did not reasonably believe that she was consenting.

Bail conditions prohibit Sillence from entering a specified place of business at Lamphey.

Adjourned on account of the defendant’s scheduled eye surgery and for CPS to consider their applications, sentencing will take place at Haverfordwest on Wednesday, November 12.
