Haverfordwest magistrates handed a Milford Haven man a community order requiring alcohol abstinence after he admitted to alarming behaviour at a local railway station.
In court on July 17, 2025, Nathan Goffin, 41, of Woodbine Way, Hakin, pleaded guilty to two charges of using threatening abusive words / behaviour likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress at Carmarthen Railway Station on March 21.
The community order, which ends on July 16, 2026, requires Goffin to abstain from alcohol until October 14, and to comply with reasonable instructions for monitoring equipment to be fitted.
Compensation was set at £200, taking into account the guilty plea; the second charge attracted no additional penalty.
A surcharge of £114 was added to costs of £85.
