A SAUNDERSFOOT driver, aged 19, who admitted drug driving on Tenby’s High Street faces a 29-month ban and a community order.

Lloyd Goldsworthy, of Incline Way, appearing before Haverfordwest Magistrates’ Court on September 2, pleaded guilty to driving a Citroen C1 VRM at Tenby on April 26 when the proportion of two controlled drugs, Ketamine and Delta-9-Tetrahydrocannabinol, in his blood were found to be in excess of the specified limit.

Goldsworthy was handed a 12-month community order, with rehabilitation activity, under the supervision of Merthyr Tydfil Magistrates’ Court. He was also disqualified from driving for 29 months and fined £80, his guilty pleas being taken into account. A surcharge of £114 was added to costs of £85.
