A local county councillor has expressed concerns over speeding on a bend coming into Pentlepoir.

In a recent report to East Williamston Community Council, county councillor for the ward Clr. Jacob Williams told members that there were concerns after a further crash had taken place on the sweeping bend coming into Pentlepoir from the Kilgetty direction, on Hill Lane.

It resulted in significant wall damage and concerns had been relayed to Clr. Williams about the safety of this corner, and measures that may reduce both the likelihood of cars speeding and losing control, and the real possibility of serious injuries to pedestrians, or worse.

The area that the crash occurred is a 30 mph zone.
