AT the meeting of the South Pembrokeshire Local Group of the Wildlife Trust of South and West Wales, Pembrokeshire Reserves Manager Nathan Walton gave a fascinating presentation about the wide range of habitats and management of the trust’s 17 reserves in Pembrokeshire.
Group chair Clare Walker presented Nathan with a cheque for £500, which will be put towards managing these reserves.
The group meets at 7.30pm on the third Tuesday of the month in Foundry House, Pembroke. The £2.50 entry fee includes refreshments.
Next meeting on March 19 features a talk on the Pembrokeshire Hogspital by Ginny Batt- Spenceley with one or two of her hedgehog patients. On April 16, Alec Denny from the Pembrokeshire Coastal Forum will talk about Wild Seas Wales.
