After months of hard work, intense practising and late nights, the efforts of Clunderwen YFC members and leaders were highly reward when the club was awarded the overall runners-up trophy on Pembrokeshire Rally Day 2014. Some of the top accolades throughout the day were as follows: Jessica Robinson 4th in individual solo;, Carys John 1st in craft, 1st in recreate an heroic sketch, 1st in dancing (disco and Charleston), 4th in Emergency Services demonstration; Zoe Morris 2nd in under 21 floral arrangement; Stephanie Morgan 3rd in Under 26 floral arrangement, 4th in the voice group singing, 1st in dairy stock judging, 2nd in sheep stock judging, 1st in scrapbook, 2nd in tug of war. A special mention to our club secretary, Ellie Robinson, who was selected to be a county queen attendant due to her dedication and commitment to YFC, and everyone at the club wishes her all the success for the rest of her year in this role. Also good luck to all those members who received first place awards on the Rally Day, who will now represent the county in their respective competitions at the Royal Welsh Show later this month.
