The Dragon Palace restaurant in Saundersfoot celebrated Chinese New Year with a traditional Lion Dance, bringing in the Year of the Boar on Monday.

The traditional Lion Dance was performed by Jason Crabtree and the Wales Lau Gar Kuen Kung Fu School - an impressive performance including a dance around the tables and among the diners, and then the shredding and throwing of a lettuce by the dragon.

This tradition is said to provide good luck to those fortunate enough to be hit by the flying vegetable.
