Two Pembrokeshire charities have had a big cash boost thanks to the great success of the first-ever Penfro Model Club’s annual model show.
This was staged at the Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre at the end of March and was a sell-out - both from supporting groups and by the visiting public.
As a result, the HOPE charity, based in Neyland, and the Sunderland Trust - which runs the Pembroke Dock Heritage Centre - have each received cheques for £285.
Penfro Model Club members made the cheque presentations recently.
A date has already been fixed for the 2020 show, at the same venue.
