Last Monday the Tenby Project had a trip out for the morning thanks to Green Dragon Dial-a-ride who took everyone over to Saundersfoot. After exploring the harbour and the sensory garden, and of course stopping for a cup of coffee at the Periwinkle, the mini-bus took everyone back to Tenby in time to get some chips for lunch - what a treat!

In the afternoon, Steve Young came and ran a most enjoyable music session. Thanks, Steve, for filling in at short notice! Everyone took part in whatever way suited them, with bongo drums, tambourines, a harmonica, a guitar, and Steve on keyboards. Some people sang along, and there was even some dancing!

In between all this, there was chance for a bit of art, and people had a go at painting like Pollock!

This Monday, February 7, Phil Okwedy will be coming for 1 pm to do a creative writing workshop. Everyone is welcome to come along to Augustus Place to join in, donations will be gratefully received!

In the morning, there will be community work, such as shopping for people, and checking on the community garden, as well as planning for a coffee morning. Everyone is welcome to come and help with this as well, from 10 am.
