The finance team at Bluestone National Park Resort have been selected as finalists for the Medium/Large Finance Team of the Year category in the Finance Awards Wales.

Finance Awards Wales celebrates the finance professionals of Wales.

The Awards shine a light on excellence in the sector, from experienced directors and chief financial officers to gifted apprentices and graduates.

The Medium/Large Finance Team of the Year category looks for a team who have proven experience of working together in advancing the success of the business they represent.

Brimming with financial expertise, the finalists are collegiate, experts in their field and are recognised by their colleagues as critical to the business they support.

Bluestone’s finance team consists of 13 members of staff and having fun at work is incredibly important to the department.

The team will be attending an interview in Cardiff as part of the final stage of the competition, before the winner is announced at an awards ceremony at Cardiff City Hall on May 15.

Speaking about reaching the final, Giles McNamara FCCA, Financial Controller at Bluestone said: “We are delighted to have reached the final of the Finance Awards Wales. Bluestone Resort is going from strength to strength and our fantastic finance team are critical to supporting the business.
