The Scarlets rang the changes this week with an away training camp to bring a spark to their preparations and heighten team unity between crucial Connacht and Munster games in the league.

The away training camp saw the squad stay at Bluestone National Park Resort, near Narberth, in the week leading up to the Scarlets' big battle against Munster tomorrow (Saturday) at Parc y Scarlets, with community and training sessions held at Narberth RFC and Tenby RFC on Tuesday.

With four crucial games in a row in the RaboDirect PRO12 campaign ahead, the Scarlets have connected with partners in the region to take the squad away from their training base and get into the heart of their community ahead of the big games.
