Calls for directional signs to Planed and the swimming pool to be replaced after they were knocked down at the junction with Station Road following an accident, have been made by a town councillor.

Clr. Mrs. Denise Rigby asked if a letter could be sent to the local authority asking for them to be put back.

"People are missing the turning for Planed and the swimming pool and then reversing back down the road, which could cause another accident," she said.
