A warrant without bail has been issued for a man who is accused of stealing a t-shirt and necklace from shops in Tenby, after he failed to appear fro a court hearing this week.
Fifty-six-year-old Richard Rowe, of High Street, Glyneath, was due to appear at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, to face two counts of theft, but did not attend the hearing.
The defendant is charged with stealing a t-shirt worth £8.99 from the Welsh Gift Shop on August 31, and a necklace valued at £17.99 from Equinox on the same day.
Magistrates issued a warrant without bail for the defendant.
