A Tenby man will go on trial next month after denying a charge of failing to provide a specimen for analysis when stopped on suspicion of a driving offence.
Sixty-five-year-old Jeremy David Phillips, of Hill Park, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, to plead not guilty to the charge, which is alleged to have occurred in Haverfordwest on June 12.
A trial date was set for September 27, at the Haverfordwest court, and Mr. Phillips was released on unconditional bail.
