PEMBROKESHIRE has recently been reported as one of the best areas for defibrillator coverage - and this is in no small part down to Saundersfoot Community Councillor, Tony Wall.

“Over the past five years, Tenby and Saundersfoot First Responders have worked tirelessly to increase the number of publicly accessible defibrillators across local communities in Pembrokeshire” says Tony. “During that time, they have helped install almost 300 units and delivered CPR and defibrillator awareness sessions in towns and villages throughout the area.”

Tony goes on to say: “In addition, they have supported community groups with sourcing replacement pads and ensuring devices are correctly registered on the National Defibrillator Network — helping to make lifesaving equipment visible and ready to use when it’s needed most.”
