A Pembroke Dock man is to face a trial next month after denying a charge of sexually assaulting a female.
Thirty-three-year-old Lukasz Robert Pawlowski, of Bush Street, appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, to plead not guilty to the charge of intentionally touching a woman without her consent, on October 30, in Pembroke Dock.
A trial date was set for December 21, at the Haverfordwest court, and Mr. Pawlowski was released on conditional bail, with directives not to contact directly or indirectly the complainant and witness in the case; and not to enter the store in Pembroke Dock, where the incident is alleged to have occurred.
