A man stopped in a vehicle in Narberth by police acting on intelligence has been fined in court after admitting two motoring offences.
Thirty-one-year-old Nicky Price, of Ystrad Road, Fforestfach, Swansea, pleaded guilty to having no insurance and no license at a hearing at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
Prosecutor Linda Barker told the court how police stopped Mr. Price at The Crescent in Narberth on the one way system at around 2.30 pm on July 22, after receiving intelligence of a car driving illegally.
The court was also told how Price had previous convictions relating to motoring and driving.

On sentencing the defendant, chief magistrate David Ellis, said “this was regarded as high a culpability” offence, and noted that the defendant didn’t have a “terribly impressive driving record”.
Magistrates fined Mr. Price £160 in total for both offences, and ordered him to pay prosecution costs of £85 as well as a victim surcharge of £32.He was also disqualified from driving for six months.
