A man accused of drink-driving a tractor on a village road near Tenby has appeared in court.
Twenty-four-year-old Emyr Jenkins, of St Florence, appeared at Haverfordwest magistrates court on Tuesday, to plead guilty to a charge of driving a Case Tractor on an unclassified road in the village, with 58 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath, on November 3.
The case was adjourned until December 14, as the defendant’s solicitor told magistrates that evidence needed to be prepared for a ‘special reasons’ argument not to disqualify Mr. Jenkins from driving.
