Recently this 25-year-old club enjoyed Narberth's giant inflatable in the pool. What fun was had; it brought a whole new meaning to 'going over the top'.

The group in the photograph are mostly in their 60s and the photographer over 90-years-old.

This proves regular swimming twice a week keeps members fit.

Narberth Pool manager, Jenny Price, and lifeguard cover made many feel confident and infallible.
