A Pembroke Dock man and woman are set to face trial later this month after denying using threatening violence.

Thirty-six-year-old Christopher John Brockway, of St. Peters Road, appeared at Haverfordwest Magistrates Court on Tuesday, along with thirty-three-year-old Niam Hickey, of the same abode, to plead not guilty to charges brought against them.

Mr. Brockway was charged with causing an affray; and carrying a metal bar in public, alleged to have occurred on January 7 in Dimond Street, Pembroke Dock.

Miss Hickey was charged with causing an affray; and unlawfully and maliciously wounding a person, on the same date.

Magistrates set a trial date for Swansea Crown Court for June 30, with both Mr. Brockway and Miss Hickey released on bail, under the conditions not to contact directly or indirectly the victim or prosecution witnesses and not to enter any data on any social media sites referring directly or indirectly to the complainant.
